Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of security products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened or installed alarm sensors (e.g., DSC Alarm Sensors)
  • Activated or registered electronic devices (e.g., DoorBird Video Doorbells, Cellular Security Cameras)
  • Products that require professional installation once the package has been opened

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing

If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned product is received and inspected. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.
