Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors at any time before accepting your order. Despite our best efforts, occasionally some products may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Shipping

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• You must have the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of security products and hygiene considerations, the following cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Opened or installed alarm sensors (e.g., DSC Alarm Sensors)
• Activated or registered electronic devices (e.g., DoorBird Video Doorbells, Cellular Security Cameras)
• Products requiring professional installation once opened

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions
4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, include the RA number inside, and ship to our address

Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
